TERMINATION

1. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Product if you breach these Terms. No refunds will be issued if access is terminated due to a violation.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alameda County, California, under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action participation.

GOVERNING LAW

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.

MODIFICATIONS

1. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

1. Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between BizFit Coaching (The Bookkeeping Shop) and you pertaining to the subject matter of this Agreement.
