Prior to our call, I’ll send you a Pre-Session Questionnaire & Assessment (don’t worry, it’s not crazy-long). Some of the questions you’ll know right away, others you’ll need to give them some thought. Your answers help me to prepare for our calls - I’ll review all your info beforehand so we can make the most of our time together.
👉🏽 First Call.
Your first working session is scheduled up front. The 2nd and 3rd will be scheduled during our first working session to ensure timeliness and accountability. The 2nd & 3rd calls must be scheduled within 4 weeks of the first call. This timeline keeps you on track to get the results you want.
👉🏽 Homework.
Prior to our call, and after each strategy session I may assign you some homework related to research, interviews, creating, drafting or setting up a task related to a part of the framework we’re working on. It’s important you carve out time to work on the homework so you can accelerate your progress.
👉🏽 Support.
You have my support in between calls which means you can ask me questions, send me anything you’d like me to review or provide feedback on.
👉🏽 Your Sessions.
You get (3) 45 minute video call sessions. During these calls we’ll go over homework assigned to help you meet your goals, work through any sticking points and set goals. Each session is HIGHLY personalized, so each one looks a little different. The short version is, we’ll spend 45 minutes getting to the bottom of your unique needs and next-steps.

I want you to be 100% mentally present during our session, so I’ll record our video call using ZOOM. Afterward, you’ll receive a copy of the audio and video recording that you can access at any time, now and forever.
